Notes

The Goat Anti-Rat IgE IgG, unlabeled aff pure is manufactured for Research Use Only or for diagnostics purposes.

Description

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. The ultrapure Goat Anti- IgE IgG, unlabeled aff pure supplied from adi is supplied in 1. The reagent contains very low traces of production synthesis impurities and is highly purified by ultra filtration and distillation for the chemical compounds.

Properties

Immunoglobulin E (IgE) kappa or Fc specific antibody is a kind of antibody (or immunoglobulin (Ig) "isotype") that has only been found in mammals. IgE is synthesized by plasma cells. Monomers of IgE consist of two heavy chains (ε chain) and two light chains, with the ε chain containing 4 Ig-like constant domains (Cε1-Cε4). IgEs play a role in allergy and response to parasite infection. High levels of IgEs caused by parasites can lower the allergic reaction of patients to allergens common present in the human environment. As such the parasite history of an allergic patient needs to be taken in consideration as a positive factor.

About

Immunoglobulin gamma, IgG, mouse monoclonal H&L chain clones or rabbit, goat polyclonal antibodies have 4 parts. There are 2 heavy chains, 2 light chains. The IgG antibody has 2 antigen binding sites. They represent 70% or more of serum antibodies. This antibody can be antigen purified or protein A or G purified. For storage sodium azide is added or you can call us to request azide free antibody preparations. These will need colder storage temperatures.Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
