Notes

The Rat Monoclonal Anti-Dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgG1, aff pure (w/o azide) is manufactured for Research Use Only or for diagnostics purposes.

About

Monoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.

Description

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.Sodium azide NaN3 is often used to prevent antibody degradation in 0,02% W/V concentrations. adi supplies azide free antibodies on request. The ultrapure Monoclonal Anti-Dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgG1, aff pure (w/o ) supplied from adi is supplied in 1. The reagent contains very low traces of production synthesis impurities and is highly purified by ultra filtration and distillation for the chemical compounds.
