About
Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
Description
Rat Anti Mouse CD34 Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [MEC14.7] clones, this product was conjugated with PURE format and reprted for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD34 antigens in hematopoietic progenitors, brain, testis, and also in endothelial cells, the role of CD34 is possibly adhesion of stem cells to extracellular matrix or stromal cells.
