Armenian Hamster Anti Mouse CD80 Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [16-10A1] clones, this product was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD80 glycosylated proteins that found in macrophages, dendritic cells and also in activated in B and T cells, CD80 plays a role of T cell costimulation.
