Description
Rat CD86 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [GL-1]-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [GL-1] clones, this product was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD86 immunoglobin in B, T, and dendritic cells, also found in astrocytes and macrophages, CD86 acts as a switcher of Ig class, also plays a role in Nk cells cytoxicity and costimulation of T cells.
Test
