Rat Ly6CMouse Monoclonal Antibody [HK1.4]-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [HK1.4] clones, this reagent was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with ly6C antigens that expressed on endothelial cells, subsets of some T cells, also found on monocytes and macrophages, ly6C acts as a marker of memory CD8+ T cells.
About
Monoclonals of this antigen are available in different clones. Each murine monoclonal anibody has his own affinity specific for the clone. Mouse monoclonal antibodies are purified protein A or G and can be conjugated to FITC for flow cytometry or FACS and can be of different isotypes.Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies.
